A clear cold night the Day after Christmas, a crescent moon is setting towards the West, with a nice "Da Vinci" glow (that's the light reflecting back from Earth onto the backside of Moon), and the bright Venus is following close by... all towards the lighted Christmas tree afar...
minutes later, the crescent moon is hooked onto the tree top...
A cold night in Southern California is deepening...
